An afternoon in London

What a fabulous day it was today.  Before I went to my appointment at Great Ormond Street I took time to enjoy a couple of parks in London.

A friend.

I've just had my best friend from New Zealand come to stay for a couple of days.  We had a day in London and a day at Windsor Castle.  I am going to miss her dearly, seeing her again after all these years reminded me of just how much I do miss her.

I feel sad now.

The stage set of Phantom of the Opera - fabulous!  We both really enjoyed the performance.

Strolling round London after the show we admired all the lovely Christmas lights.

Arrived home shattered, but happy after a lovely day out.
