I can't tell you how delighted I was to see the return of Long-tailed Tits to our garden today. I nearly missed them as I opened the patio door and rushed out to get the washing in and heard them...stopped in my tracks, carefully backed up and grabbed my camera...most took cover but a couple stayed around for me to photograph.
I just love these sweet little birds who always turn up in a little group and twitter together.
