Percy seems such a sturdy little fella! I've never seen a chihuahua puppy before, only the full-grown ones, so I thought he'd be very delicate because of their diminutive stature. He looks to be a bundle of energy and fun.
My dogs started barking when I played the video. I think they wanted to join Percy for some playtime!
