Very quiet here...Hubby was so busy he forgot all about it!  But did save the day by going out to get pizza for dinner so I didn't have to cook. 

DS2 was very romantic, taking a single red rose to school for a friend of his, and she gave him a card in return, which is TOP SECRET!

I thought I would have an afternoon out today, and went into one of our local town centres.

That's right, we have a free book market where you can drop books off and also take books home as you like, although I think the limit is three per person.

Bit of a nothing day yesterday...due to bad pain during the night.

Started decreasing neuropathic pain meds today 120mg down to 60mg...

Still got quite a bit of pain today.

Burning pain right side, and also painful back right side - probably a pulled muscle from when I fell the other day.

Had my cello lesson today, really enjoying it.

Bought four music books from a new music shop on the way home.  Wow, it has been four years since I last bought some music!

Why is it sometimes a simple word confuddles us?   I think that is what some people would say is having a Chiari brain moment...  must have been the rock dropping on my head!

Well after a great weekend I guess I should have expected some fallout from it.  Couldn't sleep last night because of the bad burning pain in my arm shoulder and side of face.  Got up had a cup of tea and a banana and managed to go back to bed and get some sleep, but have been left with that sort of 'I don't know what to do' feeling today, floating from one thing to another but getting nothing done.  Oh well.

I have a cello lesson tomorrow so hoping the road will be cleared by then as it snowed last night.  I really don't like driving in the snow.

This Doodle brought to fond memories my hiking trips with my Dad when I was young.  What fun we used to have.  I also remember, doing lots of drawings of various campsites, probably as a teenager, that I used to draw.  I think I used to draw them with a friend.  We used to set up different scenes.  What fun.

A good start to the day, sadly marred mid afternoon by another headache, this one predominantly left sided!

Daily Doodles & Life in General

Had a great cello lesson yesterday.  I asked about the bow that came with the hired instrument as I found it 'heavy' to use and it hurt my wrist so had been using her bow.  Turns out the bow is out of balance and that is the reason why, so she has lent me hers until the hire people can hopefully give me another bow.

Just loving playing the cello, having music back in my life is good.  My arm still aches and my wrist is sore today, but I think that may be from the fall yesterday as my whole back is rather sore and achy.  I had been feeling quite good as well!  Still I imagine it will take a few days to get over the fall, just hope I haven't caused any damage.  With having TOS, CRPS and CM it is a bit of a worry.

Took a load of stuff the Emmaus, two boxes, three big bags.  They let me have a little brass table that I asked about the price for bringing in all the stuff.  It is a perfect prop for my doll scenes.

Took it very easy today, just 'played' which was nice.  Might put a heat pack on my wrist tonight.

Had a little 'incident' with DS2 today when I asked him to have a shower AFTER he came home from the gym....for obvious reasons.  Well his ASD and oppositional behaviour kicked in big time and he threatened Mark...was told in no uncertain terms, that that was completely inappropriate behaviour.  He stormed out and we thought he would be out for hours, but he came home after only about 1/2 hour in a calmer mood, although not ready to apologise.  Sigh...just when you think things are going quite well, you realise that some things don't change.  As long as you don't ask him to do something he doesn't want to do, things go smoothly.  If you do ask him, the volcano erupts!

I've done a little sewing, but still not really motivated to do any.  Hoping my sewing mojo will return soon.  It is a week and a day since I stopped taking my propranalol and haven't had a headache for the last couple of days...good news!  I also think I am less fatigued which is good.  Time will tell.  Of course the next step is to come off the other tablets starting next Tuesday...that could be scary!
